Can weapon crafting add elemental damage as a Damage Bonus?

As the title asks. The "elemental damage" here refers to something like the Damage Bonus of this short sword.

    Afaik, not through the base Craft skills, no. Some of the official campaigns and modules have specific enchanting features (via NPC dialogue) that allow you to add various types of enhancements (including elemental damage) to your gear, however. HotU has it, and I know that Pirates of the Sword Coast also had this feature. Other fan-made custom modules might also include it.

    I just recently converted our long running PW to EE. We have noticed that the basic crafting ability is not working. Is there a script we need to update or something we need to set to get this working in EE?

    Without looking at the module, there's no way for anyone to tell you why it's not working, unfortunately.
