Adding Spells: Spell Revisions + SCS IWD Spells?

I am doing a fresh install and using spell revisions for the first time. I am also skipping IWDification since the components can be found in tweaks and SCS. My question is does SR add additional spells or just tweak existing ones? Are there additional IWD spells in SCS that aren't SR? Basically, if I install SR is there any reason to install additional spells with SCS?

    I just completed a bg1 run with SR and SCS IWD spells. I don’t believe SR includes the IWD spells. Possibility I am wrong but I am pretty sure it just revises bg spells.

    So yes, I would install the additional spells with scs.
