I was wondering if there is a fast / efficient way to get the Item Property AC actual Value...

e.g. if AC +3 is there a script function that can help me find the actual value of the AC of the property...

I tried SubType but it returns 0....

    I think it GetItemPropertyCostTableValue for that one. Using iprp_meleecost.2da that it grabbing from.
