character import?

Does anyone know where I save a character file from bg2 for import?

    One way is to start a game, make a "dummy character", begin the game, then in the char record hit export. The "characters" folder will now be created. Mine was here: C:\Users\xxxxx\Documents\Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition\characters

    In this folder you can drop previous exported characters and import them into BGEE. The only difference I've noticed is that the imported char seems to get +4 more hp (17 insted of 13 for my cleric/ranger - but will depend on your stats).

    If you can't find the folder do a computer search for "Enhanced Edition".
