Question on custom spell books

I have been trying to get back into building my persistent world. I have not been following updates in a while and was wondering if custom spell books are doable now, or is that something that's still in the works? If it is doable is there a guide somewhere I can follow on how to make them?

    Yes, add a column in spells.2da and fill in the new fields in classes.2da for your new class. SpellTableColumn refers back to your new spells.2da column name.

    I don't think there is a tutorial but it's pretty self explanatory when you do it.
