Help with Secret of Bonehill Mod

I've run into a small problem with the mod. I'm at the Garotten Castle and got into the fight with the Mayor. Cleared out all the guards and found the Incriminating evidence. I freed all of the prisoners. When I return to try and advance in the quest I'm told it's not done? Am I missing something? I went to the lizard island too and cleared that out but I'm kind of stuck. I have attached a save game.

Now I have returned to Pellatar and told him I solved it, and he directs me to confront the Abbott, but gives me no clue where to find him, anybody know?

    Going by memory here, but I believe he's in one of the temples in restenford
