8193.14 NPC exit bug

A commonplace event in custom modules involves an NPC leaving via NW_EXIT or some other waypoint, perhaps to resume the plot in another area.

Prior to 8193.14, this works very reliably when the NPC has EffectCutsceneGhost and is not commandable while walking to the exit.

In 8193.14, the NPC sometimes get stuck. Those NPCs affected exhibit the same behaviour every time, so it can't be resolved by loading a save. This is a showstopper for my modules.

I've raised a ticket.

    The specific example has been traced to mishandling of a CEP walkmesh. Ticket updated.
