HD / Resolution Change?

in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
This is a really silly question, but how the heck do I change the resolution? I've heard HD mentioned around the forums, but the only option in my Display Options is Full Screen.

    The only thing I've found is to open the baldur.ini file in the game's directory under my documents. Use workpad to make it look correct and backup the file before making changes.
