Disable glowing disc for Shield of Reflection?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Is there a mod available or a tweak I can do myself that will disable the glowing animated disc present when the Shield of Reflection is equipped? The Tweaks Anthology mod removes another annoying animation for the Cloak of Mirroring (this was absolutely essential for me) but, bizarrely, they chose to specifically omit the Reflection animation.
