My level 34 cleric now doesn't display spells past level 1. Is this a patch issue?

    I've not run into anything like that. Make sure your override is empty and you are not using any game modifications to how characters level and the like is my suggestion.

    Override doesn't change anything; what other files and folders could have game modification files?

    Workshop subscriptions, haks depending on where you're playing. You could provide a bit more info about where you are playing this character (A specific module? a PW? etc)

    I've loaded Bioware/Beamdog original campaign... same issue.
