Updated to v80.8193.13 and aurora toolset stopped working

I was still using an old version (32bit) of the game until our server actually updated yesterday to the 8293.13/14 and so I updated, but since then I cannot open the aurora tools

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) click ok to close the application.

help??!?
