[Infinite Dungeons] Enemies in some dungeons are able to see and kill NPCs

The following types of dungeons do not always have enclosed rooms for NPCs (plot givers, merchants, hirelings, etc). Therefore sometimes when an area is generated, enemies are too close to NPCs and can see and kill them.
The script should ensure that enemies are not generated too close to NPCs in those dungeons so that they won't see and attack each other.
- Underdark
- Desiccated Caverns
- Ruins
- Overgrown Caverns
- Ice Caverns
- Abandoned Machineworks
