Issue with Custom portrait

Hi, can someone help me my custom portraits won't work for the small version on the right bar. I don't understand I did this before and it worked but I can't make it work this time. pixel dept is at 24. wxh is 210x330 name finish with L and number of character is ok.

I think those portraits need to have names ending with M or S.

I had a problem like that, after a lot of trail and error I realized that if I converted the image from png to bmp the smaller picture doesn't work but when I converted from jpg to bmp it works fine.
