Axe Cop - Custom Sound Set and Portrait

"One day at the scene of the fire, the cop found the perfect fireman axe. That was the day he became AXE COP."

I put together a sound set from the animated TV show "Axe Cop", added a custom portrait, and zipped them together. Here's the .zip file.

Now you can play as Axe Cop, or add him as an NPC to your party.
