My main character is at strength 6 for unknown reasons I casted heal visited temples all to no avail

    Have you been fighting something like shadows or spirit trolls? Ability drains like that are normally temporary - if that's the case with you then resting will fix it.

    Have you been to Watcher's Keep? There's an event there that can do something like this. Remove Curse should take care of it.

    What color is his Strength stat, grey or red?

    @SixOfSpades Red, so probably a curse or lingering effect.

    @2088432 Try, in this order: a Remove Curse spell, a Restoration spell, and taking off all your equipment manually. The Heal spell specifically can't affect this effect.
