Any way to guarantee the discovery of secret doors?

I'm playing Infinite Dungeons, and there are secret doors to discover. Sometimes secret doors appears very fast after I approach the walls; but sometimes secret doors just won't appear despite the fact that I can see enclosed rooms on the other side of walls. In the latter cases, I'm not sure if those rooms are inaccessible or my Search skill is not high enough to discover their secret doors.

Is there a way to guarantee the discovery of secret doors?

    I guess you could use Leto to max your Search skill.

    Buff your Wisdom with potions or spells
    Use spells like clairaudience/clairvoiance (I think, it is a level 3-5 wizard spell that give a +10 to search or spot).
    Try to get a gem of true seeing or other item that has true seeing.

    Search is an Intelligent-based skill.

    Clairaudience/Clairvoyance is for improving Listen and Spot.

    I'm already wearing a Helmet of True Seeing, and it does not help detect secret doors.

    Your goal might be unachievable : "Do everything the game constrains without modding the constraint".

    Items that help with Search skill are

    nw_armhe006 - Watchman's Helm
    nw_it_novel004 - Moonstone Mask
    nw_armhe007 - Thieves' Hood (Rogue only)

    The codes are for dm_spawnitem if you'll allow that, otherwise maybe you can find them.
