Drow avatars switching to pre-Adalon colors

I'm encountering a weird bug in Ust Natha. I just killed the Beholder with Phaere and Solaufein. As my party heads towards the tavern, their drow avatars revert to their normal pre-drow colors (but they're still drow avatars). That is, they have their normal skin and hair colors. Drow NPCs still treat us like drow and say nothing different.

What's going on and how do I fix it?
