Use of consumables

In my previous runs i always hoard lots of potions and other consumables that i never use. Im thinking a new party, and finally use of all potions and consumables.
How this party looks like:
Paladin
Fighter
Fighter
Swashbuckler dual fighter
Skald

All the party is fighting well, only the paladin needed to nor sleep thousand days after every dungeon :)
