Reputation x merchant prices

Does the reputation yet affect the merchant prices in the same style of the old game? Could this not be changed to adapt the merchant alignment to the bonus/penality prices (so evil merchants start to give bonus to low aligned party and neutral merchants would maybe not give discounts or penalities at all).
