Inmates Running the Asylum PS4 Trophy not popping

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I've reloaded about 8 times, deleted the game, reinstalled it and then reloaded. When I allow Imoen back into my party in the Asylum the trophy isn't popping. I've even tried denying her then taking her, taking her then removing her from party and taking her back etc.

Does anyone have any tips to many cause it to register?
