script help plz, cast spell on placeable.

I am quite the noob when it comes to scripting, this should be an easy one. I have a placeable pillar the I have set to plot and tagged useable. I only want the pillar to create a specific portal at a specific waypoint when the spell Ice Storm is cast upon it.. I am assuming onspellcastat script tab is where the script would be placed.
