I can't recall how to install the item randomizer

So I follow the instructions in the readme. I unpack the files into the game directory, then I run the set up and respond to the inputs as they come in.

Then once it's done installing, I go to launch Baldur's Gate, and nothing happens. Just plumb won't launch.

Now, this was an issue I ran into last time I installed this mod too. But I can't recall what the solution was and nothing I'm trying is working.

I've tried unpacking the files into the directory above the game directory, and I've tried turning off my anti-virus software, and I've tried selecting different options in the set up.

Update: Figured it out. It was Modmerge. Needed Modmerge.
