Elemental Staff of Fire

Does anyone know what mod this is introduced in? It's causing me an error and I looked it up with EE Keeper. It's item CMSTQ04. I want to take out the mod, or take that item out of it, so I can install another that it keeps crashing. Thanks.

For those who might want to know for the future, the item is in the Dark Horizons mod. It was preventing from loading three kits in the I Hate Undead Kitpack: Holy Redeemer Cleric, Deathslayer Wizard, and Circle Enforcer Druid. I uninstalled Dark Horizons and they dropped right in fine. Problem solved.

I have fixed this using Near Infinity
1. Delete the Fire staff, CMSTQ04
2. Copy the Earth Staff, CMSTQ03, and rename to CMSTQ04
3. Use near infinity to edit the CMSTQ04 and change a few things:

• Identified Name: Elemental Staff of Fire
• Icon: Iflamstf.BAM
• Identified description: 86479
• Now, the rest are fiddlier, so you could just leave it, but if you want the full kit and caboodle ...
• Item abilities 0 and 1 need to be edited to use Fire not Acid, and change the projectile from Flame Arrow Green to Flame Bolt
• Item colour scheme Effects 0,1,5 need changing from a few greens to whatever reds you like the look of (I used Dark Rose Red)
• And don't forget to update & save at each step
