Rune bug in sphere

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hello! I have a run bug on a quest with Valgar and sphere. I got demons hearts but two of four runes are not clicksble. iOS14 iPad mini.
Please help me out how to solve this bug

    Are you sure it's a bug? You have to move your cursor carefully over and around the runes to find the clickable 'spot'.

    Yes I am sure. I have heard other people have rhe same bugs too

    if you know how to upload your saved game i can open it, unlock the runes and give back your saved game

    I've been having the same issue, beamdog said it was fixed but have played thru 3 times now and still have the problem, please fix.

    I did post that I'm having same issues but took someone advice and just tapped all over by rune top and it worked, so you may have to put him/her right on the rune then just keep tapping all around and you'll hit it, good luck
