Where are the Redmine bugs and feature requests?

Last year Beamdog moved the support system from Redmine to Service Desk. I have logged into Service Desk to check the list of bug reports and feature requests, but I couldn't find anything. Where are they now?

    You can't see bug reports reported by other people anymore. I'm not even sure if the new system has an option to submit feature requests.

    That's a shame. I was wondering if it would make sense to create a community maintained list of current bugs and mods that fix them. Apart from being very useful for players it might encourage modders to provide fixes for the bugs that don't have fixes yet.
