How to manually add a missing feat for my hireling?

I'm playing Infinite Dungeons. I hired a fighter hireling and found that his Shield Proficiency feat is missing. I had reported that issue at Technical Support. But I don't know when that issue will be fixed so I want to fix it manually for now.

So is there a console command for adding that missing feat for my fighter hireling? Or is it better to use a savegame editor to do that?
