[Tech question] SCS + Multiplayer

Hi guys!
Not a newcomer, but got a question :)
How to properly use SCS in multiplayer game ?
- If i installed SCS myself, but my friends didn't, will SCS work properly for them if I will host the game ?
- If all of the party members installed same SCS components, will it work as intended ? Since every installation is somewhat random, it means npcs will have different spells for each player, or it will be okay ?
- If answer for bot questions above is "No" , then are there any way to make it work in multiplayer as it does in singleplayer ?

    If you're playing multiplayer, everyone needs to have the same mods installed, same components.
