Game crashes on start up

Hello, having an issue where I had to reset my operating system, re downloaded steam and nwn ee. when I start up the game the cinema doesn't start and I get a fatal error message. Ive tried re installing both windows again and re installing the game but continue to have the same error. Attempted a few fixes from this forum but nothing has worked, sent in the documents to beam dog but no reply yet, anyone have an idea for a fix?
