[fix] Less loud most frequent battle music

At some point noticed can't enjoy area's music because volume is limited by loud battle tracks.
Here is small manual-install fix, which does not touch special tracks.

Feel free to improve, necessary converter snd2acm is packed with mod. Additionally, NearInfinity & Audacity are required for this.

Installation/Uninstallation: manual unpack to BG/music folder. Must overwrite existing files.

P.S. Some topics address this issue without solution and google finds them. They are archived, so can't link here. Hope google is smart enough for reversing links.
