[DoD] Exiting a lizardfolk's hut sometimes gets my character stuck

In Lizardfolk Village, exiting a lizardfolk's hut sometimes gets my character stuck at the edge of the exterior of the hut. I had to use the dm_jumptopoint <x> <y> <area> command to move my character to a normal spot.
