How do I trigger Rasaad's Quest? (possible spoilers)

Hey guys,

has anyone triggered Rasaad's unique quest yet? From the screenshots it looks to me like the most unique and interesting one, but while Neera and Dorn have both put me on the trail to their questlines already, Rasaad so far hasn't. I always chose the "nice" responses to his dialogue, does it just take longer with him or do you need to meet additional requirements like reaching a certain area or having a minimum reputation?

I'd be grateful for your help :)

    Sorry for the bump, but I'd really appreciate it if anyone had info on this. Im getting tons of banter with Neera and have Dorn's quest in my journal, but Rasaad doesn't have anything to say and I haven't gotten his quest yet. Has anyone triggered it yet and if so, when did you get it?

    when you reach baldurs gate, head to the docks area and an event will trigger

    Thanks! Considering how quickly you get Dorn's and Neera's quests, I was worried I'd run into a bug with Rasaad. Just gotta play a bit further for his apparently :)
