Point Buy System for BG2EE/EET

Hi, folks. I am looking for an EET-compatible mod that changes random stat rolling at character creation to a point buy system. I saw that the 3.5 edition mod by Holic has such a component, but it doesn't seem to install on EET. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
