Using every character in the Baldur's Gate Series & all strongholds

in Challenges and Playthroughs
I intend to make at least 8 playthroughs (doing all 8 BG2 strongholds, 1 per playthrough) of the series, and I want to use all companions at least once in at least one of the playthroughs (not necessarily all in one playthrough, just at least once in at at least one playthrough), so I if I may ask, how would you do so?

for example:

BG/SoD/BG2/ToB

Fighter (can include multi or dual) PC
NPC 1
NPC 2
NPC 3
NPC 4
NPC 5

similar concept for all other classes (strongholds)

    I tried to add in all playable races, all romances, the companion alignment changes I am aware of with each PC being of a different alignment and so that it still makes a minimum of sense RP-wise.
    I probably forgot or overlooked quite a few things...

    Currently, my list looks like this (groups with which we END the games):

    Stronghold: Paladin
    Romances: Glint, Aerie
    Companions BG1: Imoen, Khalid, Jaheira, Minsc, Dynaheir
    Companions SoD: Glint, Khalid, Jaheira, Minsc, Dynaheir

    Romances: Rasaad
