List of items incl. lore/flavor text?

Is there any site or repository out there that lists all of the bg/bgii items with their full flavor text rather than just stats location? I think the wiki has them all but they're on individual pages so it's more of a hunt to find things that way. May still be my best bet but just curious if there's another resource I'm unaware of.

I believe this guide should have *most* of the descriptions for all items. It's primarily an original BG2 guide, therefore no EE items, and it may be missing some BG1 stuff (BG1 things tend to inherently exist within the BG2 files anyway). This should be useful most of the time though.
