What resolutions should I use for this game on Win 10/64?

I can't get the game resolutions to work for me. The menu window is so tiny I cant see any of the Options. If I use the Scale (from 1-4) at level 3 I can get the menu to be normal but when I launch the game I have two issues:
1. The in-game menus are once again so tiny I can't read them; and
2. The menus at the bottom are cut off halfway so I'll never be able to access the spells, etc.
This renders the game unplayable.
I'd really appreciate some help here. I've supported Beamdog by buying all of your games but none of them (including IWD EE) are unplayable on my new computer and nobody seems inclined to help.

I make this assumption as you mention scale from 1-4, while NWN:EE only has Scale 1-2.
