Issues with computer running all AMD/NVidia

I've been back and forth between these forums, Twitter, and sending emails to support. I have issues that have me within a hairs width of demanding a refund. There is almost nothing I can do that does not cause lag, freeze, or crash. Try to enter/exit a building...lag, maybe a full freeze. Try to add points to the map...freeze crash. Interactions at any shop...lag. I can't really even play this game. No graphics or sound issues...yet.
This is very disappointing. I got 7 other friends to either pre-order, or be on stand-by for this game. Two have already called me griping like I'm the one who screwed up the game.
And God only knows how long it will be before these issues are fixed. Utter deflation...we were all counting on seeing these sagas reemerge along with the Icewind Dale series.
I cannot say that the desire for nostalgia will overcome my frustration.
