Stuck at Attempting to recover your multiplayer cd keys

Anyone have a idea how to fix this? I am currently having this issue for the andriod version (s10) ive tried everything at this point including buying the desktop version and importing that cd key into my game like one guide said

    You literally bought the pc version for this?

    I Have also bought the android version and same issue , i just an solution or an refund by now.. i all want to have
