Frame per second issue.

I have a gaming phone which is Android and runs perfectly unless storm of vengeance is cast or other spells or if I'm in a boss room of a server. I've turned everything down low or off in the settings this phone is faster than computers that could run this on high easy. There's no reason this phone shouldn't be able to run this silky smooth. Is it because nwn is poorly optimised for Android? I go from 144 FPS to 1/2 FPS. No one else gets this problem on the pc version. I can use a 15 year old pc and run nwn better than my gaming phone... It makes utterly no sense.
