Can't Enter the Throne of Bhaal (Massive Endgame Spoilers)

So, me and a buddy have brought characters up from BG1, and we're finally at the end of the game.
But...
I dunno if this is a glitch or if we're missing something, but we've finished the Ravager fight, and we cannot go to the Throne.

We're not romancing anyone (we messed up the Aerie romance, we think, she just kinda stopped talking to us), and we're done with all sidequests, other than one random extra one.

The game insists that we 'still have challenges left to do.'

Any tips?

For some reason, the game doesn't always recognize that all the challenges have been done. Try going to each one; you may have to refight one of them.

We've already checked. For some reason, it's not recognizing that we finished. Do you happen to know if there's a boolean or something that we can change with the debug mode?
