Need help with my game - Tech support

I've bought the game a while back as a physical copy. I've had it verified in the Beamdog client, but my old PC finally died, and now I'm using a laptop without an optical drive. The game is still linked to the client, even on a different machine, and it still shows up in my library on the beamdog page, but it won't download, with an error "Acces denied" What should I do?
