How to check the compatibility of an NPC MOD with Ascension MOD

I have not played Ascension MOD before and wanna try this time. I know this MOD changes TOB a lot, but I don't know whether the NPC and Quests MOD that I want to use will be compatible with Ascension (since I guess most TOB interjections should be written based on original TOB).

Sorry if I'm asking very basic question. I'm quite new to installing MOD manually.

Decided not to install Ascension for this play-through as I still dono how to check the compatibility with NPC mod and I plan to try SCS for the first time in BG2. I heard Ascension has difficult battles, so probably won't try it on my first SCS play-through.
