Kagain the Mercenary?

I'm interested in trying to add some additional content (flavour) to Kagain. I would like to add a component were Kagain only joins and/or continues in the party for a fee or percentage of party gold per week. I believe this should be manageable via dialog but I'll admit I'm not very good at appending existing dialogs.

Would anyone have any suggestions or be able to assist?
