NO SUPPORT FROM BEAMDOG AFTER FOUR MONTHS

Alright. I am beyond pissed off. Back in October, I contacted Beamdog's customer support because the Tyrants of Moonsea expansion in their client suddenly started saying "Buy Now" even though I had bought it. I contacted them at the end of December because I hadn't heard anything. I got an email saying they had in fact received my request and that, I quote, "They were on it."

TOMORROW IS FEBRUARY!

I can understand having to put bugs on the back burner, but this is a product I paid for that I have not been able to access for four months!

If you're not going to maintain your own client, then discontinue it!
