Does anything need to be done before going to chapter 3?

I'd like to go to chapter 6 before doing all of the assorted quests, side quests etc etc in chapter 2.

Are there any that need to be done before I go to Spellhold, or can everything wait?

any quest that you can do in chapter 2 you can do in chapter 6, or even 7 if you really wanted to

Is that true for Clara and Nalia?

nalia yes, but if clara is on your team then no because she forces you to go to the tomb or else she leaves

although if clara is not on your team then i suppose you could come back and do her quest in chapter 6

While the Bodhi event will take priority over anything else triggered by entering the graveyard, that's only true the first time you visit there in chapter 6. Subsequent visits should be OK. Not that I've tested this ...
