Charisma Mod Location - Help

I've just started trying to learn how to mod BGEE and for the life of me I can't find the location for the Charisma Mod and what all it influences. Can anyone point me to the right direction?

there are only 2 things that charisma effects in the game;

reaction adjustment and store prices

for the reaction adjustment table you need to find the file;

RMODCHR.2DA

and for the store price table you need to find the file;

CHRMODST.2DA

You can do things with charisma, but it can get involved. I created a mod that gives a bonus to turn undead level by charisma. It's around here somewhere. That's relatively easy. Much harder would be to impose save penalties for spells cast by casters with higher charisma (it would be even harder to do that, say, only for bards and sorcerers--probably doable, though). It would be relatively easy, I think, to grant extra spells or save bonuses by high charisma. I think there is a mod that does that: subtledoctor's tweak mod, can't recall the name off the top of my head.
