Planescape: Torment bug - Can't enter Godsmen's Armory

I can't enter the Godsmen's Armory. I can open the door but when I walk through the screen fades to black repeatedly and I can't do anything. Does anyone know the area ID for the Armory so I can just console command teleport in? Or if there's a fix to whatever's going on in my game?
