Help with BG2EE MOD installation on Steam

in BGII:EE Mods
Coming back to BG2 after a long brake and noticed mods I normally install without trouble 3 years ago now all give this error msg:

SCS and Unofficial Item Pack installed fine but...
BG2 Fixpack, Tweaks Anthology, Item Upgrade all came up with error... I read something about modmerge, downloaded it run the exe. and still nothing...
