PS4 version game breaking bug

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
Hi all. I’ve experienced a bug in chapter 9 where Neera is supposed to be in a cell in bridgefort but the cell is open and she walks about for a moment and then disappears.

How can I fix this? I’ve restarted the chapter but the same thing happens.

    Just to update. I carried on with the chapter, got to chapter 10 Neera is knocking about the camp and I can now do her quest! So all’s well.
