SoD: don't resurrect murdered joinable companions

I'm playing BGEE: SoD, I chunked Minsc and Dynaheir in the inn and looted their corpses, but they were all hale and hearty and ready to join again as I left the Ducal Palace. Chunked them again and looted the same items a second time.
This breaks immersion a bit.

    that is actually quite odd because if you kill any joinable companions that are supposed to show up in SoD but you killed them in BG, then they will not show up in SoD, must be some sort of scripting error somewhere no doubt

    Hmm, I did kill Minsc in BG, too. And I believe I left Dynaheir to her fate.
    They keep showing up again and again in SoD. After killing them twice they're now at Troll Claw Woods.

    I just went back to a BG savegame and confirmed Minsc isn't there. I think there's still a chunk of him on the ground outside the garrison, too. I don't believe I even gave him a chance to speak before I chunked him.
