Help in increasing spell memory slots.

I was able to finally install the mod Artisan kit pack thanks to the assist of one of you guys. I also recall being able to edit the memorized spell slots. I have the mxsplxxx.2da lists already.. I remember copy pasting it somewhere but I forgot where. at any rate I would like to ask how to.. or if there's an easier way thank you

I think it goes into the Override folder in the game directory (not the one in documents).
